I would not recommend Derek Wiedenfeld as an insurance agent at State Farm. No words can describe the amount of times that he has messed up my policy. He is unexperienced, unknowledgeable, and untrustworty as an agent. Although I will say that he has always been friendly in person and on the phone, but his actions are louder than his words. If you don't want a headache when dealing with your basic insurance policy, save yourself some time and go with anyone other than Derek.
