Ken Richards and agency are very helpful. I finally feel at ease with my insurance. I have all my insurance: auto, home, and life with them. I was happy to find out they can also help me out with business insurance! Ken and staff are always so friendly and are there whenever I need them. They even offer me coffee and cookies when I stop by!
I wouldn't recommend of this agency for numerous reasons! I canceled my policy in July & they continued taking the auto payments out until I finally got them stopped in November even though they were called & emailed numerous times! They always had some new excuse & said it would be taken care of, that never happened! They still haven't refunded the payments they illegally took from my accounts, & their excuse is "employee turn over"! There are plenty of options in town when it comes to insurance, so shop around & ask your friends who they use!

I hadn't even called them to ask them to do that...they did it on their own. What great service! I very highly recommend them.
