This agent has insured my motorcycle for many years. Took my daughter in to get insurance on her first car and we were treated royally. I am in business also and completely reject the previous review from Carol Andelt as retaliatory. We are living in an age of "tender feelings" and she has resorted to using a negative review to get even for her feelings getting hurt. This business has been in existence for a LONG time and that doesn't happen by providing poor service. Whatever problem you experienced, you should have given them a second chance to help before you ripped them. Grow up and act like an adult!
