Great prices and many options. My wife loves this store.
Was trying to find a new outfit, and heard good things about this store. But I will never shop here again, the person that "attempted" to help me was rude and horrible at her job. She seemed to pre-occupied with her phone to help me out. I would have complained to a manager, but I'm afraid they wouldn't have done anything to help me.
SOOO FRIGGIN MESSYYY .. to many clothes on the racks and everything is so messy , especially it seems the sections that are sized M and L . Rude .
The floor is mess and the employees are aloof. I remember asking an employee to help me find a really basic collared, black, long-sleeve shirt in a medium and he gave me the most annoyed look and told me they didn't carry those. I held up the style I was looking for from a nearby rack and his face fell as he ate his words but he still didn't help me. I spent the next 10 mins shoving clothes around on too-full racks until I found what I was looking for. During that time at least three employees passed me to put more clothes on the stuffed racks and then go talk with the first employee I had asked for help.
Not only is this store an absolute mess, I am pretty sure their employees don't know what customer service is. Multiple times I've gone to the dressing room and was completely ignored by the three-four employees working. They all are too preoccupied with their conversations to even acknowledge a customer. I think I was asked if I needed help once, but she just kept walking and didn't even wait for my response. It is really just a terrible place, at least the clothes are cheap.
Whatever you do, do not shop here. Especially if the person helping you is Mickenzie (or something stupid like that). She is the worst
