Employees will not speak to customers unless they have to. When they do they are snotty and unhelpful. Yankee Candle has wallflowers too, and they act like they want my business when I go in. Guess I know where I will be shopping for my home scent items. Just got down throwing away all my outlet defusers and couldn't feel better about it.
