Didn’t even listen to what I ordered. Asking for something and not getting it but yet I’ve been there other times it’s been what I wanted. Not what was wrong. Hmm guess I’ll be at barns an noble now.

The scenery and coffee is nice but with the couple of times I've been in here it hasn't been great, the staff is okay but not my favorite starbucks in town. I'd rather go to the one in the barns and noble down 48th street close by.
I'm glad to see their sales have decreased steadily over the last five quarters. They sell coffee. They need to stay out of politics and stick to selling coffee. Get rid of the CEO, he is too opinionated.
Good coffee, decent prices, good atmosphere, free WiFi. What's not to like? People have a tendency to pay for your order to create a pay ahead system that's always a nice surprise.
