The employees say one thing and do another: "Sure, you can try this and return it" "Sorry No Returns"
I like this mall
came in to buy some tea today but needed advise, 2 employees with only 1 other customer, neither greeted me nor asked if I needed help. I decided to buy tea elsewhere.... very disappointing
I was curious about Matcha, so I decided to go to Teavana to check it out. I was hesitant to pay for a full container without trying it, and I didn't know Teavana sold individual drinks. Ryan, one of the employees was very friendly and helpful. When I ordered my drink, he showed me how to make it so I could do it at home. I plan on going back to buy a whole container of Matcha, but I just haven't had a chance yet.
Despite each visit to this store always being an awkward experience the staff has always been friendly. Not today. For starters the employee helping us did not smile even once. She also gave my son and me the feeling that she would rather us not even have entered the store. When making our tea she was unwilling to make it the way that we requested, despite me describing how others have made our tea before. The employee also not only didn't ask how much ice we wanted, she packed the cup so full of ice I don't she could even pack another cube in. I made the comment that our tea would be gone in three drinks, but she didn't even care. I think next time I'll just get a can of Brisk, it'll save me four bucks and I guarantee the clerk at the gas station I get it from will be far more personable.
