Clean store well organized. Easy to find things. .reasonable prices.
Love their ready to bake pizzas. Great place to stop in, grab some take home already prepared dinners if you get off work late and don't feel like cooking. I go there weekly.
You can't always trust the shelf tags. Be sure to carefully check your receipt, as the prices may not be what you expect. And, some of the millennials that sack your groceries may not know to separate raw meat from your ice cream and other items. Plus, you must regularly cut out coupons even with their loyalty card.
Always the best choice among grocers especially given the number of them in the city. There's never one too far away. My only gripe is that not every Hy-Vee carries the same items. This forces me to drive further out of my way if I'm desperate for something unavailable at my nearest location. But overall I'm extremely pleased, especially the way the mobile application interacts with it.
I have been going to have for over 20 years. They are true to their slogan, “where there is a helpful smile, in every aisle.” I love that they have a ton of gluten free options. Every time I go back they have added more options for Gluten Free and healthy eating choices.
