Our first experience was great, but after my second experience, I will not be going back. When I picked up my dog, his eyes were full of blood! My vet thinks he either got poked in the eye, or was so stressed that he popped the blood vessels in his eye. When I called to discuss this, I was told I couldn't talk to a groomer until the next day. She said she had no idea what happened. Two days later I got a call that my credit card got charged twice. I have called several times to get this fixed. Each time I was told the person who handles that situation was not in. When I finally talked to her today, she said I had to come back in to have the mistake fixed. I will not be returning.
I called the Groom Room one day while I was at the dog park, right after my puppy got completely muddy. They were hosting an adoption event and I was able to take my pup there right away for grooming. When he came out after his bath he looked great! His fur was the most beautiful I had ever seen it! He did come out a little timid so I suspect they were a little rough with him BUT I didn't see any other signs that would put me off from returning.
I love bringing my English bulldog here for a bath! They do such a good job and are super friendly!

Super nice group of people!! Very professional and excellent with my not so well behaved schnoodle. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dog groomer.
