Great store buy long checkouy lines and they dont stay on top of the refillable litter bin as well as they should sometimes.
We have taken our dog Lexi there a few times to get cleaned up and she always comes out looking better than ever. The last time I went there was for different mission as I wanted to do some of the grooming at home. The first person I talked to didn't seem to know a whole lot but referred me to the groomers. The gal I talked to (who does the actual grooming) was very helpful after I explained her what my needs were. She even shared a couple tips specific to my situation and I felt really good coming out of there with some extra knowledge that you just don't get when purchasing online which I felt added a ton of value to my purchase.
It seems to me they have issues keeping up with the checkout line. Several times I've seen the line grow to 15+ customers quickly (and a 10+ minute wait) because they didn't keep an eye on the increased customer flow.
I buy all necessary supplies (and some just to make my dogs happier) here. They have a variety of things 4 all animals and pets to purchase as well. Available dog baths etc. Only place I will go for my dogs nutritional needs.
