They got a parking staging area that you can park no issue. But taking too long for loading or unloading that kills truck drivers. We don't like you guys take our time. Especially after "stupid ELD mandate". Shippers and receivers take our time, traffic and weight stations take our time plus this this stupid idea of ELD.

My Appointment was at 1pm got here at 11am but no way. Was supposed to wait till my appointment time. Then they gave me a dock. And it tools me more then 3 hours to be loaded. Got loaded in 3 hours.
Cold storage places nationwide take forever to get in and out of. Universal in Lincoln, Nebraska is by far the most organized and the staff and crew are the coolest in the country !! Thanks to Steve and all the hard working crew for all your help !!
I don't like how when you get there and they don't have my badges and how they just tell ypu to grab your stuff and sit tight and don't train you or tell you that ypu have a locker like tge temp severice said
8 hours after loading appointment and still parked in staging. Steve in shipping stated that we're probably not happening today. Based on earlier reviews, I'm not the first to wait excessively. Won't be the last. So... Forget this location. It's a money loser. Cancelling my truck on this load and getting outta here.
