I was very impressed with John at StorageMart! The man definitely knew his business. He was quick,efficient & very helpful. I would recommend this place to Anyone looking for a storage unit.

It’s nice and everything was clean. I thought I was booking an indoor and outdoor unit, they didn’t have indoor units. Nothing was really done to try and make that up or explain. Price was right and we only need them for a month or two, but definitely felt taken advantage of.
Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, it's so so refreshing. John greeted me with such warmth and genuineness. They have very clean and organized buildings where I feel safe no matter when I'm there and I know if I ever needed anything John would be there asap. Their prices are the most competitive that I've seen and I would highly highly recommend them for any storage project big or small. I will definitely bring my business back to them for my next storage need, if nothing else, just to converse with John again! 5+ stars from me! And thank you!!
I really want to say thank you to John E. For making my time at the storage unit enjoyable. No matter how many times I called or needed anything John was the happy most joyful person on the other end of the phone or in the office that was so out going and happy to help me. I really think the storage company should have more people like John to be employed at companies. Thank you john,you made my day every time I heard your voice and got to have conversations with you! You have made my stay a great time there no matter how or what i was going through, you always cheered me up. STAY POSITIVE AND KEEP DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!!!
