The women who runs the park is something else! She is disrespectful, screAms and yells and apparently is ok with drug dealers living there. She allows people to be hoarders and the place is very unkept. Would not recommend anyone to live in this dump!

Weird place. Weird people. Not to mention disorganized management. Moved out in less then a month. Did not like and don't recommend. Place ripped me off of $150 supposedly "refundable" deposit. Manager can't talk and barely functions because he can't write and can't hear what anyone's saying. Clearly nobody has experience with running business. Lack of understanding for others too: just care about getting money from people and ripping them off if they think they can. I'm physically handicapped and place gripes about me having a friend come help me for a week. Nobody tells me what I can and can't do in my own home without a fight. I own my unit, I do what I want. Place filled with nosy in your face in your business people: another reason to avoid. Do not rent space nor give them any business. Lady whines and responds childishly to the complaints: blames you for the problem, or tantrums that your bothering her. Unpleasant and not to mention completely unprofessional. Still looking into somehow getting that "refundable" deposit money she stole, back. She'd do everyone a favor by selling the place to someone who can actually take care of it and run it professionally.
