I adore Joanne. She always took the time to show me multiple houses and would explain what things I might end up not liking, things that would be costly, etc. She was very up front and had my best interest at heart. Since this was my first home purchase and my mother had passed, so I didn't have her guidance, Joanne filled in as a wonderful substitute. Even after I moved in I had questions about the home warranty (they said the previous owners still had a balance to pay), Joanne called and it was taken care of. I had a previous agent I didn't end up sticking with and then found Joanne, she was definitely what I was looking for extremely informative, patient, took a lot of time with us, probably looking at 50 different houses and so kind. I've been in my home a year now and I love it. Definitely the home for us. When our family expands in years to come I will look to Joanne again.
