Being in between health insurance from changing jobs makes it tough to get the prescriptions my kiddo and I that we need. Jill and Bailey and Sarah have been more than amazing at calling my doctor and putting in all of the silly drug coupon codes to save me a ton of money. Thank you!! This is one less stress on my shoulders right now.
I cannot say anything bad about a Hy-Vee. They're always great with everything that they do!!
As a big family we have many medications that need filled here. Every time without fail, even if we call half hour prior to make sure they start filling by they time we get there they still can’t seem to have it ready, even our scheduled refills. It’s almost like it’s a policy that a customer has to wait so long so they can buy groceries too. They also have problems keeping very important medications stocked like immune suppression medication that gets refilled monthly. My advice is to go find a better pharmacy that actually cares, because I sure will be.
