Had the suite room. Clean, no pests, swimming pool and spa were very nice. Easy to get to and easy to get to other places. Staff very helpful and informative. Free hot breakfast with tea and coffee.
Nice theaters. The dream lounger seats are very comfortable, I no longer use the stadium seating. Screens and sounds are good. I marked them down because of the extreme slowness we experienced when ordering from their food menu. The food was decent but took a very long time to be prepared. I suggest eating elsewhere.
I like the place but the management needs to check the restrooms more often especially right before the movies are about to end to check and restock paper towels and toilet papers!!! I was stuck in a stall where there were no toilet paper! Good thing I didn't need to poop (which I never did in public restrooms anyway, but hey some people do!) and thankfully I carried some Kleenex with me!
Great prices on Tuesday plus free popcorn. Really enjoyed going here. Lines though are quite crazy on the busy days.
The ticket purchase on line is a FRUSTRATION! I never did get my tickets ordered. The first time, the program timed me out for tsking to much time. So i tried to be quicker the second time. I completed the whole process only to be told that there was an error on their side and to try again. Fool that i am, i did try again. This time, when i got to the seat selection, the seats that i wanted and had reserved on the previous attempt showed blocked! I gave up finally. I wonder who will be sitting in the seats i reserved! My ghost?
