Being new to Lincoln wanted to try their pizza and i was amazed!!!! Walking in was greeted with friendliness and even great suggestions were made. Got food within 10 minutes and it was hot and fresh and served to us with great attitude and a smile. Ive had rotten pizza and service b4 but not here. Compared to Dominos and Pizza Hut....hands down Toppers is my new go to place when in the mood for pizza!!!! Definitely will be back!!!!
It's rare that I post a negative review, but I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism by the local office. My order was incorrect a week ago, so I called tonight after placing my online order to verify they understood and received the directions. They confirmed they did, but unfortunately it was incorrect when it arrived. Upon calling, I spoke with Cassandra who was rude and cut me off, and stated it was my fault because I didn't pay for extra sauce. I explained I had contacted them via phone to verify the received information, and i was not asked to pay extra. I had a $65 order and the employee proceeded to argue with me over salsa, and I requested they bring it out. I then called back to just ask to speak to management to report the poor service. Tasha, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and then hung up on me. I had to contact their corporate office and ask they review the calls, thank God they're recorded. Yikes! Buyer beware!
This is the place to go if you have the late night pizza or wings cravings, plenty of toppings. Good customer service.
Good pizza and amazing topper stix (essentially just cheese sticks with a topping like meat, so great if you can't have or don't like red sauce based things).
