There is absolutely NO reason we should have to wait like this. HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, or resign Andy Stebbing you butt hole.
I had a great experience at the DMV today! I arrived at 4 pm and the line was short. There were many windows opens and things moved quickly. The woman that helped me was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. All together I spent no more than 15 minutes here. Cash, check, and credit/debit cards are accepted as payment. There is a $2 charge for debit cards and a percentage fee for credit cards. I highly recommend this location over the West O street DMV.
Went to renew my driver's license. Went in about 9 am on a Thursday. Got right in and had a very pleasant lady, she was terrific. My experience could not have been better! I was done and out within 15 min.
I can't believe I'm giving a DMV 5 starts. Went in to register an out of state vehicle. Signage was clear and I was able to figure out where to go easily. Staff was polite and helpful. It's a DMV, so if course there were lines but they moved at a reasonable pace. Overall the best experience I've had at a DMV.
I have never had a bad experience at this office but today it was incredibly good.....maybe is the season or don't know what but it seems that today they were super fast and extra friendly....I even got a fist bump on my way out. Keep it up!!!
