I would rather stop smoking than walk into this store again! They raised the price on the particular items I buy, but never changed the sign. When called out on it they wouldn't make it right. That was 2 days ago, I called today and they wouldn't take a complaint over the phone at first. The first employee was rude but figured the manager would actually be apologetic for the incident. I figured wrong! She was just as rude! I will never step foot in this place again.
Could not check if they had something in stock for me. I explained I didn't live close and she's just said I'd have to come down to check. Seriously guys... customer service that much of an issue here?
Update: Response to the owner... the night before when I came in the price was different from what you saw when I called. Maybe check your cameras and watch your employees change the price after they were called out on it. You ask what you could have done, honor the price that was listed when I came in the store. Taking a small cut one time and keeping the customer coming back at the higher rate after that would have been much more profitable for you in the long run.
Never again. Been there about 20 times and maybe once had good customer service. They don't greet you, don't thank you, and act like you're putting them out while tending to you. Terrible.
Like I said though, your saving me a ton of money, so thank you.
I must thank them though, you guys are going to save me a ton of money by ordering my stuff overseas now.
I have been into Wicked Smoke SEVERAL times, I have never had any issues with the service at all, As for the comment about the ID thing, Do you know how many people come in that store a day?? It is not the employee's job to remember every person that comes in no matter how often you are in there. Also the front of the store there is a sign and another when you walk in that says WE CARD EVERY TIME! So it is not their fault that you forgot your ID. I think the customer service is great, the people that work there i feel are incredibly friendly and very helpful. I think Wicked Smoke is not just a hole in the wall Smoke shop, it is a classy shop where you can find almost anything you need at very low prices. I will continue to give them my business.
Worst customer service and treatment I have ever gotten from any store period. Highly recommend checking at other shops before coming to this one.
