They appoint this attorney to make sure these Crooked tactics don't get argued at the trial level or on appeal. If you retained him write the Nebraska Counsel for Discipline on him. Their address is on the Nebraska Supreme court wed site, stroll down to professional ethics, then hit professional ethics for lawyers, then how to file a grievance. Writing a grievance will worry him alittle, maybe help your legal services. The Supreme Court runs this office so they do very little to crooked attorneys. --------------------If your appointed Sanford Pollack, the Nebraska Supreme Court changed the rules so you can't write the Counsel for discipline on him until your case is over. You have to repeatedly call his office, write the judge, or somehow hire another lawyer before he harms your case. --------------------Ask for copies of all paper work he is filing on your behalf, all briefs, anything. You will have a hard time getting your file and a complete record back from him when your finished with him. If you can, have someone check all is work.
