Feel like Tim was to busy all the time and didn't fight for me as should have, seemed like he was working for the prosecution than defender's office. Was charged with an assault that I didn't do, was no evidence and seemed ok that the other party could actually get physical with me, showed proof as well. Even the only witness testified he never seen me touch anyone. In self defense, he could have objected many accusations and didn't speak up. Also was found later after the judge asked nobody to speak about the case during court the other party was indeed in the hallway doing just that. It was brought to Tim's attention and tossed out like it never mattered.
Highly recommend Mark Rappl. He will tell you like it is and not give you false hope. Also he does everything that he can to get you less of a charge and does an awesome job on a jury trial. Mark Rapple has been by far the best attorney Ive ever had. I violated probation by being charged with a felony. He was able to have the felony removed, and had the county prosecutor dismiss the case to revoke my probation.
