Worst ham ever total fat. Bummer.

Purchased a cooks shank ham and a butt ham for Easter. Worst cook's hams I ever had. The large bone in the butt portion was hidden by the label and it weighed 1lb 15 5/8 oz. The waste on that ham weighed 1lb 3/4 oz. That's like, out of an 8 lb ham, 3lbs was waste. The shank portion was just as bad. Not much meat, fat through out. I always purchase Cooks hams but it will be a long time before I purchase another one.
