I visited Waverly Glass Company a little over a year ago and was not impressed. My appointment went well, but when I paid I gave the gal a coupon for $20 off that was in the newspaper. She didn’t know about the coupon even being there, luckily she honored it. I walked in and the waiting area was extremely messy and cluttered, smelled like smoke, and wasn’t pleasant. The work area was extremely messy and the men working on my windshield appeared to be pot heads as they reeked of it. On top of that, on my invoice they misspelled the world windshield. Overall it was very unprofessional. I will not be returning.
