This is my first time doing business with Supreme Pool and Spa and I was very impressed! John and Nolan picked up and delivered my hot tub to my home and sat it right where I needed it, without a scratch, even in tight quarters! They did a masterful job & I might add and were just super nice guys... a pleasure to be around. On top of great customer service the price to move it was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Supreme Pool and Spa!
Went in to just browser hot tubs this summer and ended up purchasing one from Kevin Bailey. Great service from the time we were in the show room to install. Had a light issue after it was set up and they came out and quickly fixed it. Hot tub is high quality and was well worth it. We recommend Supreme Pool and Spa.
I was super impressed by Supreme Spa & Pool! Tony made scheduling the spa move a breeze; he was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. The day of the move, Nolan & Cody were able to load up the spa, pull it up a hill, drive it across town, take out a section of my fence, place the spa on my patio, and replace the fence within an hour!
My wife and I received our hot tub over a month ago and the entire process was great. I called to inquire early on and they answered all of my questions on the phone before I drove down to meet with them. Once there, Kevin walked me through all options and features, thus changing my mind on the unit we wanted which ended up saving us money. The installation was a breeze and the team was very helpful. A couple times after I had questions on balancing my levels and they were aways helpful after the fact. In all, we had a great experience!
I selected Supreme Spa & Pool for a repair need, after my previous hot tub repair guy retired from the business. They were pleasant and helpful over the phone. After I emailed them a video of the leak I was having, they viewed the video and call me back promptly that day. They first offered me the parts I needed if I wanted to repair it myself. I decided to have them do the repair, which they scheduled two days later. Lee arrived promptly when scheduled and was courteous and friendly. I could tell right away that Lee was a very nice man and very competent in his work. He drained the tub, made the repairs and filled the tub in a very timely fashion. I couldn't be happier with my first experience with this company! I will definitely call on them again, and refer others to them!
