My front top teeth had been misaligned since childhood, and I always had been self-conscious about them. As the years went by, the misalignment wore on both the top teeth, causing the enamel to wear away on the back, and on the bottom teeth, which were chipping and wearing badly. I was concerned about not only my appearance, but also the impact continued wear might have on my overall health. Dr. Schoettger and his staff encouraged and reassured me through every step of the process, even assuring me that I was NOT the oldest patient he'd ever had (in my early 60's). Between having a corrected bite and some cosmetic dentistry, I now have a big smile that I'm proud of! I whole-heartedly recommend Schoettger Orthodontics!

I went to Dr. Schoettger as a teen for braces and loved my experience then. I went back as an adult to straiten up my front teeth which had moved because a broken retainer. I've been going here since June for my new braces and I absolutely love it so far. It came recommended by a friend since I'm not originally native to Lincoln, I just moved here for school. Everybody in the office is incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable getting braces at 22. Everybody answers all my questions and makes sure I understand what they're doing. They chat and make jokes and clearly love being there. Wonderful place.
