I have only been in for two checkups and routine cleanings but was so impressed by the knowledge and the friendliness of the hygienists. They were considerate and were continually checking my comfort level. I love the cleanliness of the office and the checkup rooms. It always feels like I was the first patient in the room - even when my appointment was at 4 pm. There is a TV in every room so when you lay back you can watch TV as well. The Dentists are also personable and made my experience great. After my appointment, the receptionist gave me a print out showing exactly what my insurance covered which was important to me. I would definitely recommend this dental office!
I have been going to this dentist office for about seven years and they are wonderful! They are able to get you right in at your appointment time unlike a lot of doctor/dental offices where you sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they are always making sure you are comfortable. You can tell they really care about their patients and have a passion for what they do!
This dental office, Doctors and staff stand out by far. Every visit I am made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Truely care about their patients and help the experience as pleasant as possible! I would refer this office to anyone!
I have seen multiple Dentists at the office and every single one of them have been extremely friendly, always asking if I'm ok throughout the visit. The front desk staff are great with insurance and scheduling, always accommodating to my busy schedule. I am not a huge fan of going to the Dentist but have really enjoyed my experience with Northstar Dental.
I love the staff here! Dr. Burbach is amazing! My hygienist Erica is so sweet and easy to talk with. I've been coming here for about 4 years or so and they have helped in so many ways to improving my smile! Would highly recommend this office!
