So i had my taxes done by Devin @ Money Smarts & everything was great. Until there was a computer glitch with my payment to the state & simply put double the amount came out of my personal checking account.... while I was on vacation in California. So I talked to the folks at Money Smart & told them the situation to see if there was anything they could do to get it remedied. A little while later I get a phone call from the owner of the company wanting to personally go to my bank & put the money back into my account so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced while on vacation. I declined the offer but the gesture was what I consider excellent customer service. Highly recommend Money Smarts!
